This service is provided to you by bidlow.net.au. Your access to bidlow.net.au services is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained in this document (known collectively as "Terms and Conditions"). Your use of, and/or access to the bidlow.net.au constitutes your agreement to the Terms and Conditions. bidlow.net.au reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. “Auction Item” means the specific item/s that is/are available for Auction as listed on bidlow.net.au. “Bid” means making an offer in dollar/s with regards to a reverse auction on bidlow.net.au. “Closing Date” is the date that a competition/reverse auction closes as listed on bidlow.net.au, strictly and without exception no other bids will be accepted after this date. “Entry Fee” is the fee charged to you by your telephone company for entering a competition/bidding on a reverse auction. “Lowest Unique Bid” means the lowest bid that is the lowest amount in dollar/s that has not been bid by any other person. “Maximum number of bids” means the total number of bids each person is allowed to make. “Prize” the prize of each competition/reverse auction listed on bidlow.net.au and is won by making the lowest unique bid at the end of the Closing date. "Winner” is the person who has the lowest unique bid at the closing date of the competition/reverse auction.

3.1 By using our services, this constitutes agreement to our Terms and Conditions.

3.2 Carriage - Your telephone carrier supplies the carriage for bidlow.net.au to you. The charges for the carriage of bidlow.net.au will appear on your next mobile telephone bill. All queries relating to mobile telephone bills should be directed to your mobile telephone carrier. Charges for bidlow.net.au are listed in these terms and conditions.

3.3. Cost - of each bidlow.net.au message is $0.25 per message sent and $3.50 per message received.

3.4 Liability - Under no circumstances (including but not limited to any act or omission on the part of bidlow.net.au ) will bidlow.net.au be liable for any indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential damages or loss of profits whatsoever which result from any use or access of, or any inability to use or access bidlow.net.au. By accessing bidlow.net.au, you expressly agree to opt in to marketing lists/messages and complimentary services under our management. Terms can change without notice.

3.5 Services Rendered - Except as provided for by any non-excludable statutory right: a) all content for bidlow.net.au are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, b) Your mobile telephone carrier, bidlow.net.au and its suppliers expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, c) Neither your mobile telephone carrier, bidlow.net.au warrants that access to bidlow.net.au will be available, uninterrupted, free from delay or error-free or that any defects will be corrected. Your mobile telephone carrier or bidlow.net.au may terminate or discontinue in whole or in part any or all of the bidlow.net.au Services at any time, for any reason. d) You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the Service, or transmit to other Members. e) You must use the Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. f) You may not include in your Member profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last discretion. 3.6 Minimum Age: In order to use our services you must be at least 18 years old.

3.7 Intellectual Property: All intellectual property remains strictly under the ownership of bidlow.net.au and you shall not use any intellectual property without express written consent of bidlow.net.au.

3.8 Competition Ends : Check bidlow.net.au for current competitions/reverse auctions and their end dates.

3.9 Subscription Service: bidlow.net.au is a subscription service charged at two received messages per week. The rate per received message is specified in Section 3.3 - Cost. To terminate your subscription with this service, send the word STOP to 0416 907 765.
